Join this science-based session designed for all, in which we’ll explore:
- How daily and monthly hormonal rhythms influence energy, mood, and stress
- What’s common vs. unique across different gendered experiences
- How to spot and support your own patterns (or someone else’s) with more clarity and care
You’ll answer some simple questions that will give you insight into your own cycle and provide you with:
- A simple “cycle snapshot”
- One action or support tweak to try
- New language and a fresh understanding you can apply at work and in life around this topic
