The challenge
Mental support in 8 countries, without extra work for HR.
Across eight countries, CMSE saw rising employee stress, workload, and work-life imbalance.
They wanted to offer employee mental health support to everyone, not just when problems escalated.
But HR faced a challenge: How do you support mental health across multiple countries, each with its own processes, languages, and legal requirements?
CMSE needed one simple approach to:
- provide employee mental health support at scale
- prevent burnout early
- and keep the workload manageable for HR


The solution
Make employee mental health support easy to access.
CMSE introduced proactive employee mental health support with Inuka. Employees could:
- complete a short mental health check (stress, energy, workload)
- book anonymous 1-on-1 coaching sessions
- get support early, before stress turned into burnout
The program was available across 8 European countries, in local languages. For HR, it stayed simple: one rollout, one point of contact, no additional capacity needed.
At the same time, HR gained insight into: employee stress levels, workload pressure and recurring team challenges. So they could improve employee mental health support where it was needed most.
