AI is geen toekomstige trend meer\u2014het verandert actief hoe werk wordt gedaan. <\/p>\n\n<p>Van automatisering tot besluitvormingstools: organisaties bewegen snel. Maar terwijl bedrijven zwaar investeren in technologie, missen velen een cruciale factor: de menselijke ervaring van verandering. <\/p>\n\n<p>En dat is waar de meeste AI-transformaties beginnen te falen.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Het verborgen probleem in AI change management<\/h3>\n\n<p>Wanneer organisaties praten over AI-transformatie, ligt de focus meestal op:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>effici\u00ebntie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>productiviteitswinst<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Maar medewerkers ervaren iets heel anders:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>onzekerheid over hun rol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>angst voor baanverlies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>verlies van vertrouwen in hun vaardigheden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>toegenomen cognitieve belasting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Volgens <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/people-and-organizational-performance\/our-insights\/the-irrational-side-of-change-management\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/people-and-organizational-performance\/our-insights\/the-irrational-side-of-change-management\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">McKinsey<\/a> faalt 70% van de veranderprogramma\u2019s grotendeels door weerstand van medewerkers en een gebrek aan ondersteuning vanuit het management.<\/p>\n\n<p>AI versnelt dit probleem.<\/p>\n\n<p>Want, in tegenstelling tot eerdere transformaties, verandert AI niet alleen <em>wat<\/em> mensen doen\u2014het stelt ook ter discussie <em>wie ze zijn op het werk.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Waarom traditioneel verandermanagement niet meer werkt<\/h3>\n\n<p>De meeste verandermanagementstrategie\u00ebn zijn gebaseerd op:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>communicatieplannen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>trainingssessies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>top-down messaging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Maar informatie alleen lost emotionele weerstand niet op.<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/us\/en\/insights\/focus\/human-capital-trends.html\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/us\/en\/insights\/focus\/human-capital-trends.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Deloitte<\/a> benadrukt dat organisaties moeten verschuiven naar mensgericht veranderen om succesvol te zijn in digitale transformatie.<\/p>\n\n<p>Met andere woorden:<br\/>je kunt mensen niet \u201cwegtrainen\u201d uit onzekerheid.<\/p>\n\n<p>Medewerkers hebben ruimte nodig om:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>verandering te verwerken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>veilig vragen te stellen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>weer vertrouwen op te bouwen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AI-angst is echt\u2014en groeit<\/h3>\n\n<p>AI zorgt voor een nieuw type werkstress: <strong>anticipatie-angst.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Medewerkers vragen zich af:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cBestaat mijn rol straks nog?\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cLoop ik achter?\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cHoor ik hier nog wel thuis?\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/reports\/the-future-of-jobs-report-2023\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/reports\/the-future-of-jobs-report-2023\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">World Economic Forum<\/a> meldt dat bijna de helft van de werknemers verwacht dat hun rol aanzienlijk zal veranderen door AI.<\/p>\n\n<p>Zonder de juiste ondersteuning leidt dit tot:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>verminderde betrokkenheid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>quiet quitting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>weerstand tegen adoptie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Dit ondermijnt direct de ROI van AI-investeringen.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hoe effectief AI change management eruitziet<\/h3>\n\n<p>Om AI-transformatie succesvol te maken, moet HR verder gaan dan communicatie en inzetten op<strong> continue ondersteuning.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Dat betekent:<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Psychologische veiligheid op schaal<\/h4>\n\n<p>Medewerkers hebben een veilige ruimte nodig om zorgen te uiten zonder oordeel.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gepersonaliseerde ondersteuning<\/h4>\n\n<p>Niet iedereen ervaart verandering op dezelfde manier.
